Jo Pina, CSP, is a bilingual safety leader with over 20 years of experience in enhancing workplace safety through effective OSHA training and leadership. Renowned for her ability to communicate with teams at all levels—in both English and Spanish—Jo combines practical leadership experience with engaging training and innovative tools that make safety meaningful and easy to grasp.

As the founder of JO PINA SAFETY and creator of the SAFEPARTY!™ interactive training experience, Jo incorporates her signature Four F’s leadership style—Focus, Fairness, Firmness, and Fun—into every session she conducts. Her approach is practical, people-centered, and aimed at inspiring real behavior change in workplace safety practices.

Her mission is straightforward: she collaborates with organizations to elevate safety culture and influence safer behaviors through practical leadership coaching, engaging bilingual training, and innovative tools that drive safety excellence.
